Cancellations

Out of consideration for other guests and our team members, if you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.

We understand that unavoidable circumstances may arise and should you need to cancel, we require a 24-hour notice in advance to avoid a 50% service fee. Unfortunately, no-shows forfeit the full amount of the service booked.

 

Appointments

Walk-ins are always welcome at The Artistry Salon. However, to ensure your desired appointment, date and time, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the salon. If you find yourself in the mood for an additional service while at The Artistry Salon, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  

Pricing / Payment

The Artistry Salon reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your reservationist when you book your appointment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

 

Children

We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. Many of our guests are also parents and look forward to “their” time. We request children be brought into the salon only when they have an appointment. Please make babysitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the experience without your little ones.

 

Cell Phones

Please silence your cell phones prior to arrival. Be mindful of other guests’ space. While guests are welcomed to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Many guests savor a much-needed private moment.
